Hotel Reservation
Hotel Hotel reservations will be made on first-come, first-served basis. The following 5 star, 4 star and S-category hotels are available.
Prices are per room, per night, basis and include breakfast, taxes and service charges
1) Hotel reservation can be made by filling the online Registration Form. In case electronic registration is not possible, registration forms in print can be faxed or sent by
email to the Congress Secretariat.
2) Hotel fees are to be paid in full in Euros by credit cards or bank transfers at the time the Registration Form is submitted. Bank transfers should be made net of bank service charges.
3) Cancellation of hotel reservations should be sent in writing by fax or by
email to the
Congress Secretariat. Refund policy for cancellations is as follows:
-Before June 1, 2008; 75% of the fee is refunded.
-June 1 – June 14, 2008; 50% of the fee is refunded.
-After June 14; there will be no refunds.
4) Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
